It was a close game against Orange, the final score 2-2. From the start, the Falcons were aggressive on offense, and were up by two goals (scored by Freshmen Leah Nascimento and Caroline Diehl) for the majority of the game. In the second half, Orange managed to score twice, but the Falcons fought hard until the end. They kept the pressure on offense and refused to give up.
According to Coach LaPrade, the team "played assertively and worked well together, especially when moving the ball up the field to set up offensive plays. Their smart passing and good communication impressed me tonight."
Most impressive of all, however, is the team's will to win.
